New Horizon Care Centers - Downtown Our Outpatient Behavioral Health programs assists patients with identified problems associated with:

NHCC honors the dignity of all persons and provides tailored, nurturing care to those suffering from substance use disorder, violence, homelessness, and mental illness. We view substance use disorders as chronic, systematic, progressive and, when left untreated a potentially fatal disease. Therefore, we offer promise, hope, and the courage to set realistic goals, while also working to strengthen each patient's self-confidence and self-esteem.

New Horizon Care Centers WILL continue to provide services during these challenging times, with some minor modifications to how we provide those services.

Assessments, Group Counseling and Individual Counseling for Substance Use Disorders, Mental Health and Problem Gambling will occur through a HIPAA compliant, audio/visual web-based telehealth platform. Individuals with limited internet access can still receive services over the phone or through digital communication. Some in person services are available for mental health while also adhering to all safety protocols.
