You think you’re doing the right thing by taking your daily supplements…

Start with a plan and a backup plan

Here are Five survivors to help you stay consistent even when life gets hectic:

1. Choose 5 to 7 go-to meals you actually enjoy

2. Create a reusable grocery list and use it weekly.

3. Batch prep on your days off or midweek. Sunday works well.

4. Keep backups ready like rotisserie chicken, canned fish, or premade salads.

5. Include one free meal per week, making it feel flexible rather than rigid.

If you're on a weight loss journey or just trying to break the cycle, these steps will help you stay focused when the motivation wears off and hunger signals ramp up
