Our Story
In 2006, Senior Helpers began serving the senior population here in North Idaho. Our caregivers and support team has helped thousands of families deal with the challenges that come with age and disease. Our team carefully designs a plan that will not only support but uplift as well. Senior Helpers North Idaho offers a variety of services, including Alzheimer's and dementia care, personal and companion care, senior care management and evaluation, nurse evaluations and delegation, "peace of mind" visits (one hour visits), surgery assistance, sitter services, contracted care through the VA community based services, and much more. We proudly provide senior care in Post Falls | Couer d’Alene | Hayden | Dalton Gardens | Rathdrum | Hauser
Our Focus - Dependability of Service - Continuity of Caregivers - Peace of Mind for the Family - Quality of Life for the Client - Independent Living in the Home Services - - Companionship & Homemaking - Personal Care - Live-in Care - Peace of Mind Visits - Transition Assistance - Sitter Assistance - Respite Care - Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Our Process - We have a professional, process-oriented staff ready to serve our clients and their families. When a prospective client contacts a Senior Helpers office, they set up a complimentary initial assessment at the client’s location to discuss the client’s needs and formulate a care plan. If necessary, a staff member, Social Worker or RN (depending on the State regulations) will conduct a full nursing assessment to gauge the client’s status and clarify the care plan. They determine the most appropriate caregiver for the client using the assessment information and the caregiver matching process. Service starts on the pre-determined date. Follow-up is conducted immediately after service begins and on a periodic basis to ensure excellent care delivery.
