Experienced family physicians provide a full spectrum of care, including prenatal care and delivery, and care for children. Additional services include dental care, an on-site pharmacy and medical laboratory. Medicaid and Medicare are also accepted. For after hours medical care c

We are proud to participate in Reach Out and Read. At each well-child checkup for children from infancy through age 5, our clinicians offer advice to caregivers about early relationships and literacy and give children a new book to take home to build their home libraries!

We have expanded our Reach Out and Read program! Families with newborns through age 5 months will receive children’s books at well-child checkups. Families will continue to receive books at the 6 months through 5 years well-visits too. In the past year our clinics provided over 19,000 books to families at well-child visits. Starting with these first visits helps us support families to use books to bond with their babies and support language development from the very start!

As winter arrives and the days get shorter, remember to focus on your mental health! Seasonal depression sets in as we lose our daylight so take steps to stop it! Go for walks during lunch, try light therapy, and spend more time with friends and family to prevent the winter funk from setting in!

The great outdoors is an incredible and inviting place, but you know what else it invites? Bugs! Grassy meadows and thick forests are filled with bugs, and sometimes pests like mosquitos and ticks can cause a wandering hiker serious illness. Before heading out on your outdoor adventure, put on a pair of socks that cover your lower legs, apply a generous amount of bug spray, and check yourself for unwanted hitchhikers like ticks or fleas when you get home!

Seem a little smoky out? Assuming there isn’t a music festival nearby, its probably because it’s fire season! If your area starts to fill up with smoke and you see poor air quality alerts, limit your time outdoors, keep kids and pets inside, and set your AC to recirculate indoor air!

We have an amazing announcement! Unify Community Health - Mission has been designated an official Breast Milk Drop-Off Site by the Northwest Mothers Milk Bank! Our Unify clinic can now receive breast milk donations that will be pasteurized and sent out to NICUs to help sick and preterm babies benefit from the potentially life saving qualities of human milk!
