NCODA at WSU would like to thank every one of you joined us in supporting Be The Match this semester! Our donor drive last month was successful with 14 people newly registered and we were able to collect $77 at our table flipping fundraiser at the WSU street fair yesterday. Special shout-out to Miranda Fazzi, Ted Sandberg, and Saad Abu-Freijeh for manning the table-flipping-table! Well done Cougs and happy summer vacation!

Those who are interested are invited to join NCODA at WSU for an amazing presentation by PY4 Madison Motzner on the pharmacology of key cancer treatments! This is a great event to gain exposure to the field of oncology AND it will help prepare you for pharmacology III and the NAPLEX.

Participants will also be entered into a raffle to win some cool NCODA swag!

NCODA at WSU is excited to announce that TOMORROW will be the first day of our 1st holiday toy drive for Sacred Heart Children's Hospital! It is an honor to work with Sacred Heart to bring toys to their youngest patients for the holidays!

Tony at the family resources center told us that teenagers don't get nearly as many presents as younger kids- and we think this may be because an Xbox game is a BIT more expensive than a box of crayons. So to help with this issue, we are pooling up smaller donations via Venmo to purchase some of the higher cost items!

If you have some extra room in your budget in the next two weeks, please consider donating new toys or money! Toy donation boxes will be situated around campus starting tomorrow until December 17th. If you don't have time to go toy shopping during finals week, that is okay! Send us a donation via Venmo using the QR code in this post and we will buy the gift for you. Even $5 can make a difference in the lives of a sick child!
