East Coast transplant who moved to beautiful Spokane in 2020.

Proud mom of three amazing adult kids, I spent 20+ years as a nurse aide caring for others and trained at the American Institute of Clinical Massage to keep helping people feel their best.

When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me kayaking, fishing, or crocheting something fun. I’m all about real connections, balance, and enjoying both adventures and calm quiet days.
