🌟 Practitioner Spotlight: Tevye Waite, CPO 🌟

Meet Tevye Waite, CPO, a dedicated Prosthetist/Orthotist serving the Longview and Astoria areas. Raised on a cattle ranch in Eastern Oregon, Tevye went to college in Eastern Idaho where he met his wife, Sara, and began their family. Before transitioning to the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics, Tevye worked as the Director of Education at the Museum of Idaho for six years.
Tevye's interest in Prosthetics and Orthotics was sparked after being fitted for a custom knee brace to treat an ACL tear. Motivated by this experience, he returned to school and earned his MS degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics at the University of Washington. During his time at UW, Tevye and Sara welcomed their third child before moving to Portland, where he completed an orthotics residency at Shriner's Hospital.
In 2014, Tevye began a prosthetics residency with Evergreen P&O at the Vancouver location. Following the completion of his residency, he took on leadership roles at several Evergreen clinics, ultimately establishing a full-time clinic in Longview and expanding the Astoria clinic from one day a week to four days a week. In 2016, Tevye and his wife welcomed their fourth child.
When he's not at work, Tevye enjoys camping, backpacking, mountain biking, and exploring new parts of the country with his family.
