Please help us welcome Elizabeth “Liza” Morton to Wise Chiropractic & Wellness!

We are excited to introduce Liza as our newest Licensed Massage Therapist, officially joining us on February 19. She recently graduated from Therapeutic Connections, where her instructors shared glowing reviews of her skills, professionalism, and dedication to patient care.

Liza is a North Spokane native and Mead High School graduate who truly believes in the power of chiropractic care and massage working together to support whole-body wellness. She is a wonderful addition to our team, and we know our patients are going to love her.

Liza will be starting on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will gradually expand her schedule as she settles in. At this time, she is able to see cash patients, MVC, and CHPW. We are working diligently to credential her with additional insurance plans, so stay tuned for updates.

The Wise Chiro Crew went down the rabbit hole this Halloween! Our 2025 theme was Alice in Wonderland, and Dr. Wise made quite the White Rabbit. From Alice to the Queen of Hearts, our team had a blast bringing smiles, laughs, and a little madness to the office.

One of Dr. Wise's at home remedies for staying healthy during cold and flu season.

🍋 Breathe Easy with a Steaming Mug 🍃

When the seasons change or you feel that tickle in your throat, this simple doTERRA steaming mug blend can help open your airways and support your body’s natural defenses.

How to prepare:

1 drop Tea Tree (Melaleuca) - helps purify and support respiratory health

1 drop Lemon - naturally refreshing and cleansing

1 drop Oregano - supports immune defense

1 drop Peppermint - cools and soothes the airways

Instructions:

Heat water until it’s steaming but not boiling.

Pour into a ceramic mug and let it sit for 1-2 minutes to cool slightly.

Add one drop of each essential oil to the water.

Hold the mug just below your face and cup your hands around your nose and mouth to gently direct the steam toward your airways.

Close your eyes to prevent irritation, and breathe in the steam slowly and deeply for 3-5 minutes.
