Welcome to my "sonic sandbox". A playful, prayerful practice of vocalization and Breath of Bliss with the healing frquency of quartz crystal singing bowls.. Always feeling my way into the oceanic, open mouth, circular breath that is the oscillating motherwave! The peace of mamma ocean, can be found right here, right now, within the flowing rhythm of your own cellular breath. THIS PRACTICE has liberated my voice like nothing else I have experienced before! I am just getting started on this journey.

Our old ways ARE becoming new again, and the technology of these living traditions (breath, movement, sound, circles) are the source of our collective salvation from this sickness of separation that is the caise of SO much unnecessary suffering and is threatening our survival on this planet.
