Hey friends! I'm excited to announce that I've created a new offering!

I put together a generic Birth Plan Template as a way to spark some critical thinking about what aspects are most important to you regarding your birth experience.

This template can be used as a guide to some of the decisions you may be faced with, a first draft of your preferences, or simply as a birth plan! It is not specific to hospital, birth center, or home birth. I tried to include some aspects from all experiences and created a "Special Requests" box for anything you would like to add.

The template is available for digital download on Etsy and helps support my local small business. Any purchases are greatly appreciated and pour right back into my work within our community!
