Jazzercise Spokane

Jazzercise Spokane Jazzercise Spokane Premier Fitness Center Jazzercise is group cardio and strength fitness at its best. Don't let the name, Jazzercise, fool you.

We like to describe it as a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you results…fast. It’s a calorie-torching, hip swiveling, Shakira’d-be-proud dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn. Fresh body pulsing music and new moves keep you psyched to sweat. Instructors train every year to master the Jazzercise method, which fuses cardio, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and, of course, the demanding forms of dance. We are not a "jazz dance studio". We meet current fitness industry standards for fitness training. You may even find a burpee or two in class! But can you do a burpee to the rhythm? We dare you to come to a class and try!

Its Saturday and its National Peanutbutter Day and Compliment Day.
🥰 We dont realize just how much little interactions impact one's day. A compliment goes a long way. It can boost someone elses mood and , believe it or not, can boost your mood! So find someone, even a stranger at the store, to say something nice to today and feel the emotional benefits of spreading positivity into the universe.
🥜Why is peanutbutter a big deal? Its packed with protein and is a good source of vitamin E, vitamin B3 and B6 Manganese, and magnesium. Its also a good source of copper, a mineral that helps maintain bone health, immune function and blood vessels. It has a high calorie content which makes it a good snack and a good source of energy. So have a spoonful of peanutbutter today knowing that it tastes good AND is beneficial to your health.😉

Small shifts make a big impact, especially in your form.
Whether it's fine tuning or stance or easing out of unnecessary tension, those microchanges go a long way.
Listen for your instructor's cues and follow their tips to stay strong and safe through every move.

Guess who has already made it to 25 classes and it's not even the end of January? Congratulations Wendy St John Repovich...
