What does repair look like after birth trauma?”
In this clip from our recent listening session, Jess shares how a restorative justice approach can help us move beyond silence and shame—and into healing.

We asked:
🌀 What part of childbirth education helped you most?
🌀Was anything missing or confusing?
🌀How did it impact your decisions or emotions during labor?
🌀Did you feel prepared—emotionally and physically?

These questions led to a very honest, raw, and hopeful conversation. Restorative justice isn't just a process—it’s a practice of witnessing, honoring, and restoring wholeness. This was a sacred listening session.

"It was an honor to be in space and hear the stories of those who attended tonight's session" - Jess

🚨 Doula Fund Update 🚨
Thank you to everyone who applied! 💜 The Doula Fund for Families is now CLOSED and will reopen in September.

In the meantime, we’re shifting our focus to train and uplift the next cohort of doulas—equipping them with the skills, hands-on experience, and cultural care needed to support families in our community.

This investment in our doula workforce is an investment in our future. Stay tuned for powerful stories, training highlights, and how YOU can support this vital work.
