Our final Pause In The Park for the summer is next Wednesday September 3rd at 5:30pm. Join us for an evening of sound and guided meditation along the river. We will be gathering in the Forestry Shelter area, the sun symbol on the map shows where you can find us set up.

Our next Pause in the Park is a week from today, Tuesday August 5th at 12pm! We will be set up at Riverfront Park in the Forestry shelter area. Please see the map with the sun symbol, this is where we will be gathering. This beautiful spot is easy to access from both sides of the river and perfectly shaded for a midday sound bath & meditation.

Wonder, imagination, and the magic of being are all part of I Am Creative camp. Kids already live life instead of getting caught in thinking about it or relating to it. Blue Sky Camps are here to strengthen that knowing and being so children stay connected to their inner self as they grow into adolescence and beyond.

What a beautiful season to be outside in nature! Our July Pause in the Park is tomorrow! Tuesday July 1st at Manito Park. We will be gathering near the Rose Gardens, just off of 21st & W Manito Park. You can use either the Rose Gardens parking lot & entrance or park in the additional lot near the Conservatory. We’ve attached a map so you can see where there is parking and where we will be set up.

This free 45-minute outdoor sound bath and guided meditation were designed to help you reset, realign, and return to yourself—all during your lunch break. Blue Sky Summer Camp is coming to MØDE for the Teens!!

This July 7–11, Blue Sky Summer Camp will be hosted at MØDE! This incredible space is built for creativity, growth, and connection. This camp is designed for teens ages 12–15, this unique camp focuses on self-discovery, confidence, and meaningful expression.

Held Monday through Friday from 9am–2pm, the experience includes hands-on projects, guided reflection, and a supportive environment where teens are seen, heard, and valued. Packed full with fun, laughter and connection!

Registration is $333. Full and partial scholarships are available.

From fort building and rock climbing to crafting wind chimes and making play dough from scratch, kids will explore new skills that challenge and empower them.
