I was born and raised in Spokane, Washington and have a background in biological sciences, as well as experience as a hairstylist. My love of learning and educating, left me wanting a career that focused on finding, fixing and preventing the problems that keep people from living life full out. I was introduced to Chiropractic, and found EXACTLY what I was looking for. After becoming a patient myself, during an emotionally difficult time, I then realized just how powerful the Chiropractic adjustment is in connecting the body and mind. I moved to the Bay Area, California to attend Life Chiropractic College West, where I learned how to best take care of patients and consistently point them in a positive direction. I spent many years making people look and feel beautiful on the outside as a hairstylist, and now, through Chiropractic, I get to focus on how innately beautiful everyone is on the inside. Through Chiropractic care, I found confidence and authenticity both physically and mentally, and it is my goal to help others achieve this as well. I graduated with high honors, both academically and clinically and truly believe I have entered the best profession on the planet, at a pivotal time in history. I believe the time is now to take your personal health into your own hands and work with the power that both made and heals your body. I strongly believe that good spinal health with a sound structure is the ticket to good health. As a child, I grew up doing gymnastics at a competitive level, as well as dance and cheer, and it was a big part of my life. If I had known what I now know about Chiropractic and how to better take care of the body, spine and nervous system, I would have received Chiropractic care at young age to help with balance, coordination and performance. It is my passion to make sure that young athletes and children have the opportunity to excel in anything they desire, which is why I am currently pursuing a Diplomate in Pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. It is with pleasure that I get to care for the people in my community here in Seattle, Washington. I enjoy learning and growing along with all of my patients who choose me as their Chiropractor and biggest advocate for their health goals.
