Today marks an amazing milestone in my health journey!

For over a year Carmen Spotts has helped create and maintain a treatment plan that worked for ME! She helped nourish my body with what it needed naturally to repair itself and to keep my self esteem alive. 

today my healthcare physician has told me I no longer need to be medicated for my condition or monitored!

Damn it I feel good today !

Super excited about my new table! Can you see the difference ?!

For years, I was overstretching and trying to bend over the top of my patients . I could not get close enough to work comfortably during a massage session causing a lot of drama with my own muscles and overcompensation .

Who knew that not only do you have to have proper body mechanics as a therapist, you also have to have a table that is appropriate size for the therapist build and how tall they are !
