Dr. Sicilia was the team Chiropractor and strength coach for 10 years for his alma mater Shadle Park High School. He is also the only Chiropractor in the area to be invited to work on the Seattle Seahawks when they were having their training camp at EWU. Currently, he also works on all of the local UFC fighters. His passion for helping people is second to none, and his patients know this first hand.

Happy Monday!!! Everyone is getting ready for Halloween this week! Even some of us here in the office! So as your little run up and down the street collecting sweet treats and likely tripping over epic costumes, remember that we adjust the little ones too to help fix those tumbles! It's Fun Fact Friday!!!!
Did you know that it takes 7 to 8 years to even become a chiropractor? You have to start with a Bachelor's degree and pre-requisites. Then it's four years of Chiropractic College. The final year you spend doing a residency in a clinical setting treating patients. Then after passing your finals, it's onto the National Board's test. Once you have passed that, then you get to take the State Board's test and pass. If you have managed to make it that far, you get to finally apply for your license!

Many of you may not know that we have our very own book dragon in the office. Hale is our office lover of all things books. So, she when was headed for yet another book run at her favorite bookshop in Spokane, Hale just had to take Chester and CJ, our office mascots, with her. They got to check out all the super cool books, the vendors, and even meet one of the owners! So if you are looking for your next great read, vintage books, or bookish swag, stop in at Page 42 Bookstore!!! And while you are out and about, come ask Chester what he is reading!

Ok so we know we are 1 day late on this, but we still wanted to do a post about the man who makes this whole thing possible. Doctor Ray is one of the kindest bosses any of us have ever had and we all love working for him. He takes great pride in not only his care of his patients but also his staff. We love you Doc!!! Who knew the boys (Chester and CJ our office mascots) would have so much fun working on cars??? But boy did they ever!!! The Garland Auto Service or also known as GAS has been on Garland for many years! The Zachs (yes, there are two of them) are super helpful and Chester and CJ had such a blast working with them. They even let our boys drive! (Though by the looks on their faces, they seem to be regretting that decision...) So, if you ever need a fix up or tune up, swing into GAS! (They promise not to let Chester or CJ do the work.)
