HYROX Sim is coming to Spokane.
And this is your chance to experience the FULL race simulation.

On June 20, CoreFit is hosting the Spokane HYROX Simulation Event — designed to help athletes experience the race format, practice strategy, and push their limits.

This event includes ALL 8 HYROX zones.

Here’s how the simulation works:

Each station begins with a 1K run, followed by the workout station.

You’ll have 11 minutes total to complete the run and chip away at the station work.

Finish early?
Use the remaining time to recover, reset your heart rate, and prepare for the next zone.

That means you’ll experience:

✔ pacing strategy
✔ race transitions
✔ fatigue management
✔ how each station feels under pressure

HYROX Simulation – Spokane | June 20

Spokane… it’s official.

HYROX Simulation Day is coming to CoreFit on June 20.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience a HYROX race — or improve your performance in your next one — we’ve created the perfect simulation event to do exactly that.

Just like the real race, you’ll tackle 8 workout stations, each preceded by a 1K run:

Ski
Sled Push
Sled Pull
Burpee Broad Jump
Row
Farmer’s Carry
Sandbag Lunges
Wall Balls

But here’s where this event becomes a powerful training advantage.

Instead of racing straight through, each run + station is structured as an 11-minute workout block.

Choosing hard is exceptional. In a culture that markets and deals in comfort, convenience, and ease, choosing to go after the parts of life that require commitment, perseverance, risk, and a willingness to be uncomfortable makes you remarkable. But the feeling that exists on the other side of hard - when you have seen it through - is one that can’t be bought. Be the exception. Choose the hard.

Don’t let worries about sweating too much or your face getting red keep you from the fun, accountability, and support that group classes provide. You’ll be with a group of folks that see sweat and red faces as proof that you’re putting in the work and pushing hard. You won’t find ego or judgment inside CoreFit’s walls.
