We’re stepping into our first taper week, which makes right now the perfect time to jump in, get your body moving, and start building the endurance that carries you into everything ahead—not just HYROX, but the full lineup of summer adventures.

May 18 — WOD Week
A full week of HYROX-inspired challenges designed to test you and remind you what you’re capable of.
Friday takes us out to Riverside State Park for a trail run.
Saturday… we bring it home with our main event.

June 20 — HYROX Simulation
This is your shot. A low-pressure environment to test strategies, learn the flow, and experience what race day really feels like.

One weekend and lots of living.

It started with 19 women. One goal.
A full winter of training… leading to 6 hours of grit, sunshine, and unforgettable camaraderie in Walla Walla.

No shortcuts. Just showing up for each other again and again. 💪☀️

But it didn’t stop there…

Our COMPASS crew (age 60+) took on a 5K together—proving that the standard doesn’t lower, it evolves.

Our coaches stepped onto learning from a place that gives back to the earth while fueling the body with the most nutritious sources of protein.

And our next generation showed up strong at Junior Bloomsday.

All across the PNW… our people were out there living it.

And if you remember UFR…
you already know what happens when this crew gets an idea.

Let’s just say… we’re not done. Something BIG is coming 👀
