Looking for an associate counselor to be a part of the Northwest Counseling Center family. Washington State associate licenses, including LMHCA, LMFTA, and LICSWA, will be considered. The position is to provide services to the residents of Spokane County and surrounding areas. Prefer associate therapists that can work with children, adolescents and adults. The person hired will be working under supervision as they earn hours toward full licensure.

Salary starts at $40,000 per year to be paid out twice monthly. This salary is based on seeing 27 clients per week to average this number on a monthly basis. Benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, Scheduling, 10 Days PTO (Vacation Days), FMLA, 401K, 4 Day Week, 5 paid Sick days, Social Security, Equipment provided, Professional office, Continuing Education assistance options

Looking for a Washington State licensed therapist to be a part of the Northwest Counseling Center family. LMHC, MFT, LICSW, and psychologists with a full license will be considered. The position is to provide services to the residents of Spokane County and surrounding areas. Prefer therapists that can work with children, adolescents and adults. The person hired will be added to our group insurance contracts. These contracts include Premera, AETNA, Molina, and many others. Billing, scheduling, and administrative support will be handled by the main office.

Salary starts from $56,000.00 per year, plus bonuses. Benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, Scheduling, 10 Days PTO (Vacation Days), FMLA, 401K, 4 Day Week, 5 paid Sick days, Social Security, Equipment provided, Professional office, Continuing Education assistance options

Looking for a little help. Because of the patients we see, nurses, first responders, military etc.. we are working hard to stay open. Most of our neuroscience based therapies can only be delivered in person.
We need people to help us sew masks for the staff to wear and to give to patients. We have a good plan to use cotton sleeves and shop towels. Please let me know if you can help with this effort. We will buy or reimburse people for their materials. Here is the pattern for the mask. Then you put two blue shop towels in the pocket. The mask then gets washed and the towels replaced.

We are still open and stand strong with our clients. We are following precautions from the CDC to help ensure the health of the clients and providers.

To protect you and our providers, we are offering video/telehealth sessions with your provider. Please cll our front desk at 509-474-1976 to request a telehealth session. At this time, we are still seeing clients in our clinic as well. We recognize that this a situation that continues to develop and we may have to make changes as instructions from the CDC, the Federal, State, and local governments dictate. We will update this page as needed to communiate any changes.

Northwest Counseling Center is looking for an outgoing, dynamic personality to join our administrative team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, a quick learner with an exceptional eye for detail who also loves people.

Minimum expectations:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written and oral interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution
• Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office, as well as Cloud storage
• Spreadsheet proficiency in Excel and basic bookkeeping knowledge required
• Administrative support
• Data entry and typing (40+ wpm) experience
• Web-based fax applications and email familiarity
• Minimum six months of professional computer and customer service experience

Experience preferred:
• Reception experience, including scheduling
• Data collection by phone
• Medical insurance knowledge
• Multicultural competency
• Empathetic listening skills
