Ethan nailed another honor roll ceremony with a 3.8 grade point average and Cole won the Camp Reed Leadership Award!

Although this is quite amazing all around and I’m SO proud of them — it’s is who they are every day that really impresses me — their character—the way they own their mistakes, show up with kindness, and stay unapologetically real.

They’re the kind of boys who can go from deep conversations to video games and fart jokes in 0.2 seconds... and I love them for it.

They also call me out on my s**t, hold me accountable and make sure to remind me to use the same tools that I expect them to use and THAT is something I respect deeply.

Grateful that they have two of the most amazing parents that have lovingly support them and one another and a wonderful grandma who flew in to support and celebrate in these awards today. She always has their back and is their number one fan.

Blown away that I get to be a part of this family ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ please remind me of that when they forget to pick up dog p**p lol

I lost 2 points in my visceral fat
My Inbody says I gained a pound of muscle, but I would say I maintained.

How did I do it?

First, I was in a deficit which for me I wanted to be very aggressive, which not everybody has to do this, but I wanted to lose 2 pounds per week that required 1000 cal deficit on a given day I burn about 2100 to 2200 cal ( if I get my steps in) so that meant an aggressive 1200 to 1300 cal per day. No Free Meals and 99% adherence.

How did I adhere so well?
I did not take any peptides or Ozempic to adhere to this low-calorie deficit however, I did use amazing natural supplements that made it so much easier. This kind of deficit for perfect adherence would definitely seem impossible for me without the help of these guys.

1) Berberine
2) Myoinositol
3) Gluccomannan
4) PHGG
