Quick Fix:

Give yourselF 3-4 quick powerful inhales through the nose and then blow the breath out through pursed lips.

Even in a tiny hotel room in Vietnam… I move my body.

Not a workout.
Not a complicated routine.
Just a few stretches and gentle movement.

One of my favorite times to move? After dinner ( just kidding, I do NOT actually feel like moving after dinner!!)

A short walk or a few minutes of mobility after eating can help your body lower blood sugar levels. When we sit immediately after a meal, glucose stays elevated longer, which over time can impact energy, inflammation, and metabolic health.

Movement helps your muscles use that glucose for fuel instead of letting it hang out in your bloodstream.

Translation:
✨ better energy
✨ better digestion
✨ better long-term health
It doesn’t need to be intense.
5–10 minutes.
Walk around the block.
Stretch in your hotel room.
Move your spine.

WildRoots ! Check out this quick and easy meal idea ( my favorite kind 😉)

Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites 🐟🔥 |

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—these salmon bites are coated in a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce that’s downright addictive. A quick, high-protein dish perfect for bowls, tacos, or snacking!

📝 Ingredients:
✦ Salmon fillets – 250 g, cut into cubes
✦ Olive oil – 1 tsp
✦ Salt & pepper – to taste
✦ Paprika – ½ tsp
✦ Garlic powder – ½ tsp

**Bang Bang Sauce:**
✦ Mayo – 2 tbsp
✦ Sweet chili sauce – 1½ tbsp
✦ Sriracha – 1 tsp
✦ Lime juice – ½ tsp

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣- Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

2️⃣- Air fry or pan-sear at high heat for 6–8 minutes until crispy and golden.

3️⃣- Whisk mayo, sweet chili, sriracha, and lime juice together to make the bang bang sauce.

4️⃣- Drizzle sauce over hot salmon bites or toss to coat evenly.

5️⃣- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

Most back and hip pain doesn’t come from one bad movement.

It comes from hours of sitting, tight hips, and a spine that never gets taken through full, gentle ranges anymore.

This is about restoring movement your body is designed to do.
• Rotation to unload the spine
• Hip opening to reduce pelvic tension
• Extension and flexion to nourish discs
• Deep breathing to calm the nervous system

That’s why it works.
Do each stretch for 3–5 slow breaths.
No forcing. No pain. No rushing.
If you feel stiff, tight, or “locked up”: Your body isn’t broken — it’s under-moved.
