Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites 🐟🔥 |
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—these salmon bites are coated in a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce that’s downright addictive. A quick, high-protein dish perfect for bowls, tacos, or snacking!
📝 Ingredients:
✦ Salmon fillets – 250 g, cut into cubes
✦ Olive oil – 1 tsp
✦ Salt & pepper – to taste
✦ Paprika – ½ tsp
✦ Garlic powder – ½ tsp
**Bang Bang Sauce:**
✦ Mayo – 2 tbsp
✦ Sweet chili sauce – 1½ tbsp
✦ Sriracha – 1 tsp
✦ Lime juice – ½ tsp
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣- Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2️⃣- Air fry or pan-sear at high heat for 6–8 minutes until crispy and golden.
3️⃣- Whisk mayo, sweet chili, sriracha, and lime juice together to make the bang bang sauce.
4️⃣- Drizzle sauce over hot salmon bites or toss to coat evenly.
5️⃣- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
