Our Story
Centennial Sports and Physical Therapy is dedicated to returning patients, of all ages, to a pain-free functional lifestyle. We focus on personal attention and excellent service with a hands -0n approach. We offer treatment for all types of injuries, accidents and medical conditions, with a focus on Sports injuries as well. All types of insurances accepted.
We are located on the corner of Mission and McDonald Rd. in the Spokane Valley (near the Valley Hospital). We offer convenient early morning appointments as well as later evenings. Our staff is made up of great, caring people who want to help you succeed.
