Jennie McEachern was nominated by a peer for Employee of the Month, and we could not agree more. Over the past few months, Jennie has shown significant growth in her role as an intern funeral director, taking on the responsibility of covering two locations at different times. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to the team by being flexible and willing to help wherever needed, all while never compromising the care she provides to the families we serve.

Jennie’s level of service to her families is unwavering. She is deeply passionate about funeral directing and is currently working toward obtaining her license. We wish her the very best in this endeavor and look forward to celebrating this important accomplishment. Thank you for all that you do, Jennie.

Tomorrow, Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 12:00 Noon, Wreaths Across America will be at Pines Mausoleum, 12116 E. 16th, to Remember and Honor our veterans through the placing of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud.

Last night’s Holiday Remembrance Service at Heritage was tender, emotional, and truly beautiful.

Thank you to every family who joined us, spoke their loved one’s name, lit a candle, or simply sat in the quiet with your memories. We know this season can be especially hard when someone is missing, and it is an honor to walk alongside you through it.
We hope the music, words of comfort, and time together brought a little light into a difficult time. If you couldn’t attend but need support this season, please know we are here for you.

We’re thrilled to announce that Ellie has been selected for a Hustle & Heart Scholarship! This spring, Ellie will embark on an incredible 5-day adventure to Savannah, Georgia — the birthplace of the Girl Scouts.
During her trip, Ellie and her troop will explore the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace, visit the first Girl Scout Headquarters, and dive into the history, sisterhood, and leadership that inspired generations of Scouts.
We’re so proud to help make this meaningful experience possible for Ellie through the Hustle & Heart Scholarship — celebrating kids who show determination, compassion, and community spirit in all they do.
