This is very important to remember, and practice!Most of us don't realize how much tension we hold.
I was just in a 5 car accident and have been going to physical therapy, 2 x Chiropractic, and massage. At my chiropractic appointment yesterday, I was face down, when my doctor noticed my hip, sacrum, were badly out of alignment. That area is where I had accident impact and was in pain, he pressed down, and I felt the beautiful heat, and spark of chakra release, the energy, just blew threw.
If you haven't felt that before, its an incredible feeling. Moral- I was storing pain and emotion in that area.
Just like your diaphragm, we store emotion and energy can get stuck. The diaphragm helps regulate MANY things in your body.
This exercise is one we should do regularly, or if we're stressed or in pain.
