Partners’ Social Media Comment Moderation Policy:
We welcome respectful dialogue on our social media platforms and value community engagement. To ensure a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment, we moderate comments in accordance with the following policy.
Our Commitment - Our organization provides services to children and families at the request of multidisciplinary partners, including law enforcement and child protective services. We are legally and ethically required to protect confidentiality and cannot discuss individual cases or respond to specific allegations online.
Comment Guidelines - Comments on our social media pages must remain respectful and on topic. We reserve the right to remove comments or restrict access that violate this policy.
We may remove comments that include:
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive language
• False or misleading statements presented as fact
• Personal attacks against staff, volunteers, board members, partners, or families
• Allegations regarding specific individuals or cases
• Repetitive posting intended to disrupt discussion
• Impersonation, use of false profiles, or posting under multiple accounts
• Spam, solicitations, or promotional content
• Content that violates privacy or confidentiality laws
Moderation and Enforcement:
• Comments that violate this policy may be hidden or deleted.
• Users who repeatedly violate this policy may be blocked from our platforms.
• We do not engage in online debates regarding individual cases or personnel matters.
Concerns or Complaints - If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to contact us directly through appropriate formal channels. Social media is not an appropriate forum for discussing confidential or case-specific matters.
