Hello friends!

We are holding a Rookie powerlifting event in Spokane Sept 23. We are in need of Mentors! There are 60 athletes registered so we'll need a lot of Mentors to help! Happy New Year! 2023 Conference Registration is LIVE!
The 2023 Conference is shaping up to be AMAZING! We are offering some new classes and some of the same classes. The website has been updated. I'll be adding class descriptions over the next couple weeks. If any information is missing from the website, it will be added soon. The date for our event is Aug 11-13, 2023 and the venue this year will be the Double Tree Hotel in downtown Spokane.

I am on a mission to increase the number of USA Powerlifting Referees in Spokane and/or Spokane area. To be eligible, you must have been involved with USA Powerlifting for a minimum of 1 year as an athlete, coach or volunteer.

The process to become a state level referee is:
1. Take the online open book written test
2. Sit during a sanctioned event for you practical exam
3. Complete the online SafeSport certification and basic background check

I'm looking for a couple of people willing to help us set up for the Women and Girls in Strength Sports Conference in Spokane Aug 12 at the Centennial Hotel at 7am. It should only take about an hour. You would be moving weight equipment from a trailer to the ballroom and putting together the racks. No experience necessary :)
