We're Growing — Join the Family Centered Services Team

Family Centered Services (FCS) is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate clinician who believes that real healing happens when families heal together.

At FCS, we specialize in high-impact family work, interventions, and clinical services that help individuals and families navigate some of life’s most difficult moments. Our team is mission-driven, collaborative, and deeply committed to changing the trajectory of families in crisis.

We are currently seeking a licensed or associate-level clinician who wants to do meaningful work alongside experienced interventionists and therapists.

What makes FCS unique:

• A family-systems approach rooted in real-world change
• Work that goes beyond the therapy office — interventions, family intensives, and transformative clinical work
• A supportive team culture with strong mentorship and collaboration
• Opportunities to grow clinically and professionally

We are looking for clinicians who:

• Believe in family-centered change
• Are comfortable working with complex cases
• Want to be part of a purpose-driven team
• Value collaboration and professional growth

If you or someone you know might be a great fit, we would love to connect. Message me directly or reach out to learn more.

Intervention work is challenging, especially when the goal is meaningful change without escalation or confrontation.

The Invite Method Intervention Training Workshop is a three-day, evidence-informed training designed to give professionals a clear, practical framework for effective intervention. The focus is on recognizing signs, engaging with intention, and inviting change in a way that is structured, compassionate, and clinically grounded.

March 18–20, 2026
Seattle, WA | Edgewater Hotel

The workshop is facilitated by Taralynn Rosenthal, LICSW, QMHP, CADCI, CIP, CAI and Adam Finley, MSW, LICSW, CIP, and is well-suited for clinicians, behavioral health professionals, and those working in recovery or family support settings.

If your work involves supporting individuals and families through complex moments, this training offers a thoughtful, skills-based approach worth exploring.
