➖We rang in New Year’s by celebrating the one year anniversary of CarePartners with our Gratitude Prom! It was a beautiful time reflecting on all the love, memories, and adventures we shared in 2025.
We truly have so much to be grateful for. But most of all, we’re grateful for each other and the family we’ve built together.
