Premier 1 on 1 Manual Physical Therapy in Spokane Washington. Direct access physical therapy which means I’m most cases you may begin treatment without a referral. Common conditions treated include low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches including migraine, shoulder/knee/elbow/hip/wrist pain. Your evaluation will include a comprehensive review of your overall health and how it affects your condition, hands on assessment of the involved area, and will establish a detailed plan on what we recommend to reach your goals. Treatments typically involve hands on interventions such as soft tissue work, joint mobilization, nerve flossing, or myofascial unwinding. Once the involved tissues begin moving correctly we retrain them to work efficiently through therapeutic exercise or neuromuscular re-education.
