Hot Hatha is one of our core classes at Beyoutiful Hot Yoga. As opposed to Vinyasa, which focuses on flow and movement between poses, Hatha focuses on breathwork and holding static poses, setting a different pace and emphasizing precision.

It’s a challenging and exciting style that we promise will get you sweating! Our instructors work to make every class welcoming and accessible to beginners, offering modifications to poses if needed.

At BHY, Hatha is one of our hot classes, practiced in a heated studio. You can find Hot Hatha classes at all five of our locations in the Spokane and North Idaho region, taught at convenient times throughout the day!

Within just a few minutes of talking to a BHY member or scrolling through our reviews, it’s obvious that our community LOVES our Beyoutiful Hot Yoga instructors.

We aim to bring an instructive, motivating, and energizing experience, no matter which location or instructor you take a class with. We create consistency in this positive experience and the classes we offer by carefully selecting the instructors we hire, 90% of whom are trained by us!

If you think you are ready to take the step to instructor, then be sure to sign up for our annual Power/Vinyasa Teacher Training. The first module of this spring course is happening later this month, April 25-27. Participants who complete the full training are eligible to become BHY instructors!

Full completion of the course leads to a 200-hour yoga certification and eligibility to become an instructor at one of our BHY locations.
