✨Microblading removal with PicoLo Laser, just 1 treatment with us.✨

This patient previously had one removal session elsewhere, but the method used couldn’t safely treat pigment that sits within eyebrow hair. With PicoLo, the laser targets pigment without damaging the hair follicle itself.

In some cases the hair can temporarily lighten, but it does not affect growth and can easily be corrected with a brow tint once healing is complete.

These photos were taken 5 weeks after her first treatment with us, and you can already see significant pigment lift, revealing much more of her natural brow shape underneath the microblading.

Results like this are why laser removal is often the safest and most effective option for unwanted brow pigment.

This treatment removes excess fat while using Renuvion technology to help tighten the surrounding skin, creating a smoother and more sculpted arm contour.

For patients with mild to moderate skin laxity, this can sometimes be an alternative to a brachioplasty (arm lift). A brachioplasty removes excess skin through a surgical incision, while liposuction with Renuvion focuses on fat removal with internal skin tightening and smaller entry points.

The best option depends on skin quality, anatomy, and your individual goals.

Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) is a highly individualized process, designed to create balance, softness, and harmony while honoring each patient’s natural features and personal goals.

This patient’s surgical plan included a customized combination of procedures:
• Chin shave
• Tracheal shave
• Rhinoplasty
• Brow lift
• Brow shave
• Buccal fat pad excision

Each procedure was carefully selected to address specific areas, with the overall goal of supporting facial alignment and helping the patient feel more at home in their appearance. Thoughtful planning, open communication, and surgical precision are essential at every step of the process.

Our Story

Recently, Dr. Stiller provided his General Surgical and Cosmetic Surgical expertise in the Moscow/Pullman/Colfax area. Today, Dr. Stiller is excited to open a new Spokane clinic called Stiller Aesthetics. Dr. Stiller is Board Certification from the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Stiller brings across his passion for cosmetic surgery and his desire to help you in your quest to meet your cosmetic goals. He is a faculty member to the National Society of Cosmetic Physicians and the WWAMI program of the University of Washington Medical School teaching both accomplished physicians and novice medical students. Whether lecturing nationally or listening in consultation, Dr. Stiller’s desire is to make people understand the ability of a procedure to achieve an optimal result. Dr. Stiller believes that communication with you, our patient, is essential. Dr. Stiller and the staff at Stiller Aesthetics make a concerted effort to get to know you and to listen carefully to your needs and wishes. We look forward to building a relationship with you through your initial consultation, your procedure, and years to come.
