✨ Cheers to a beautiful afternoon at our Women’s Sip & Shine event! ✨

This week, our lady residents were invited to bring the fabulous women in their lives for a special party of connection, chatting, and indulgence! Guests enjoyed a delightful mimosa bar, delicious charcuterie, decadent desserts, music, and a small keepsake to remember the day. 🥂💐

It was wonderful to see so many meaningful friendships and family connections celebrated together. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the afternoon so memorable! 💖

Looking for something to do this Saturday?

Come down to Riverview, where we will be holding our Spring Craft Sale! Saturday, May 2nd from 9AM-1PM!

Our workshop will be selling hand-crafted items such as cutting boards, pens, bowls, art, and more! All items were hand-made in our very own workshop, and all proceeds go back into buying new materials or maintaining the woodshop for future projects by our residents. If you would like to support your local retirement community, stop by and browse our selection!

We now accept card payments, as well as cash or check. We hope to see you there!

🎉 Down the rabbit hole we went for our April Birthday Celebration! 🎩🐇

This year’s April birthday party was a whimsical Alice in Wonderland theme! Residents enjoyed live music, delightful “cakes-in-a-cup,” and fun, themed drinks inspired by some of our favorite Alice in Wonderland characters. 🌺🌷🌼

We gathered to recognize each of our April birthday residents, sharing cheers and warm wishes before capturing the group photo of all those celebrating their birthday this month!

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so magical. Here’s to another trip around the sun for our April celebrants! 🌸✨

🌎 Happy Earth Day from Riverview! 🌿

In honor of Earth Day, last week our residents and team members rolled up their sleeves and got their work gloves on to participate in Unveil the Trail! This is a community-wide event along the Centennial Trail that invites neighbors from across the region to come together and give the trail a fresh start for spring. Since Riverview has adopted a mile of the Centennial Trail, we do our part in keeping the trail clear and litter-free with this annual clean-up.

We spent the morning raking leaves, clearing sticks or fallen branches, eating some snacks, and helping restore a small but meaningful piece of the natural beauty that surrounds our community. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, enjoy the fresh air, and give back to the environment we all share. 💚

🎶 A wonderful afternoon of music with the Riversong Choir! 🎶

Residents and staff gathered today to enjoy a delightful performance featuring several beloved Easter hymns, two beautiful a ca****la quartet pieces, and a touching violin and piano duet from resident Victoria (violin) and choir director Taylor (piano)! The program concluded with a cheerful arrangement of songs from Mary Poppins, which brought smiles and a few sing-along moments throughout the room! ☂️🎵

We are so proud of the talented residents and friends who make up Riversong and grateful for the joy they bring to our community through music. Thank you for sharing your time, voices, and gifts with all of us! 🧡💚💙

Our resident Julie McElroy spoke with KREM 2 News representing the Spokane Master Gardeners! She shared some spring gardening tips for those who want to get started with the season, and even shouted out Riverview's hard-working honeybees for doing such a great job at pollinating our lovely gardens 🌺🪻🐝

What a joyful day at our Easter Eggstravaganza! 🐇🌷

Residents, families, and friends gathered together today to celebrate Easter early with a wonderful afternoon full of creativity, treats, and baby animals! Guests enjoyed jewelry making, egg decorating, and plenty of festive snacks and sweets. The main attraction of the day was our adorable petting zoo, where visitors of all ages spent time with sweet baby bunnies, goats, and baby pigs! 🐰🐐🐷

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this special event such a memorable time for our community. We love creating opportunities for families and residents to celebrate together! 💛
