A Support Group for Kids Navigating Divorce

Change at home can be hard — especially for kids trying to make sense of two households, big feelings, and shifting routines. Two Homes, One Heart is a 5-week therapy group for children ages 9–13 designed to help them process emotions, build confidence, and connect with peers going through similar experiences.

Led by therapists Abby Rosales and Isabelle Stalcup, this small, supportive group blends play, discussion, and emotional learning to help kids feel seen, safe, and understood.
