🔥 Strong start to the week! I’m switching up my workouts to prep for Scotland and it feels good to have a new focus. My plan now is all about building endurance, powering up my legs and glutes for hills and castle stairs, and dialing in core strength so I can handle luggage and long days of walking. I want to land in Scotland ready to go from morning to night without missing a beat.

This journey is not only about pounds on the scale. It is about showing up for myself and preparing for the life I want to live. Trips, adventures, confidence, and energy… the scale does not measure that, but the work I put in today will.
