In effort to keep our blood sugar level, we have to give up something!🤷‍♀️And spaghetti is one of them… Wait! 🙌 Not quite yet this healthy recipe satisfies all of those cravings because the textures and flavors are amazing!

Wow, tonight I made the most amazing breadsticks. Only these ones kept my blood sugar level, and I got to eat the entire plate as only one of my “Greene servings” with my meal! 🎉

On my program, it’s so satisfying to know that the amount of protein and carbohydrates that you get to eat when you have a Lean and Greene meal at first looks like too much!😁

The difference is when you’ve learned to cook with and eat out choosing low glycemic vegetables, the volume that you’re able to have increases 🏆

When you have a health coach who understands cooking it makes your job so much easier 💪🏻

Yay, it’s a different holiday theme!

Christmas is coming in tonight. I’m having

spaghetti squash lasagna! It’s a big hit🎉

Not only does it taste amazing but it keeps

your blood sugar level! A win-win🏆🏆

Wait! Up at 4 AM? Well of course!
Happy Thanksgiving! There’s cooking to do! Every year there’s always two stuffings a dried cherry one for the neck and an oyster stuffing for the bird! And now there’s a third! It’s my cauliflower stuffing😁💪🏻💕 so I’m a happy camper. I’ve got all the stuffing ready to roll now. Stay tuned!

Happy Thanksgiving! Here’s some healthy

alternatives for those of you who want to

stay on plan for better health!

These recipes taste amazing! They’re easy

to make and they can help you stay awake

after the big meal is over!

It is diabetes awareness month, and these

are perfect for those who want to keep

your blood sugar level throughout the day!

Every year at my house, everyone else gets to choose what they would like me to make them the night before Thanksgiving! And they chose Hawaiian calzones😁 I will say it’s interesting how when you’ve gone through a transformation of health it’s healthy to be able to cook food that you might not eat! And you don’t even miss it because your mind has changed, and you have full control of your life! It’s healthy to support other people on whatever journey they’re on. It’s just sad if the journey they’re on is going to lead them to more health problems. Again, that’s their choice though. Not your choice.
