Bates Dental is a patient-centered private practice that has proudly served our community for over a decade. We complete nearly all procedures in-house, minimizing the need for referrals and maximizing continuity of care for our patients.

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic dental hygienist to join our team on a full or part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and values strong relationships—with both patients and colleagues.

A team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Strong clinical skills paired with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 am – 4:00 pm (no weekends)

Competitive pay based on experience

It is with great love and sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend Christine. She passed away at home with her loved ones last Saturday after a return of cancer. She was a light to all that knew her. She cared deeply about her patients and took immense pride in providing care for your oral health. She was equally compassionate outside of the office with all she connected with. Her kindness was contagious, and she could lift you on a difficult day. Christine’s husband Ted had unfortunately passed away as well during her hospital stay. The two of them were soulmates and loved and cared for each other deeply. They lived a remarkable life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. Both Christine and Ted will be greatly missed but always remembered. There will be a joint service to celebrate their lives. We will provide more information soon about details. Thank you for supporting this great couple and all that they have been through. She and her family were so appreciative of your love and support.

Happy Mothers Day! We are so grateful for the women in our lives who bring us strength. We love our mothers, those that live and have passed. We are grateful for your examples and sacrifices that have blessed us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We had a little time out today to attend the Inland Northwest Dental Conference. Great spending time as a team together, growing, and learning to better serve you. Day one down and another great day tomorrow.

On March 5th, our sweet hygienist, Christine had her life turned upside down. She has had some major unexpected medical complications. A Go Fund Me has been set up for her. Any prayers, thoughts of well wishes, and/or donations are so appreciated.
