The Prevention Center for Heart & Brain Health The Prevention Center for Heart and Brain Health, is 100% dedicated to heart attack, stroke and dementia prevention.
(1)

The Heart Attack & Stroke Prevention Center (HASPC), is 100% dedicated to heart attack, stroke and diabetes PREVENTION, and providing optimal private care to individuals at risk. Amy Doneen, ARNP and Medical Director of The HASPC is also co-founder of the internationally recognized Bale/Doneen Method. The Bale/Doneen Method uses cutting edge techniques, technology, and testing to identify individuals at risk of cardiovascular disease, even when those individuals might appear to be perfectly healthy, fit, and doing "all the right things" when it comes to diet and exercise. Just some of these techniques / testing include: inflammatory testing; genetic testing; advanced lipid analysis;
bacterial DNA testing; and carotid intima media thickness (CIMT) testing. This method of evaluation uncovers the root causes for each patient's cardiovascular risk and/or disease and provides a pathway of treatment to stabalize cardiovascular disease thereby eliminating one's risk of heart attack and ischemic stroke. At The HASPC we believe you can live your life to its fullest, and longest, potential. As internationally recognized leaders in the research and treatment of cardiovascular disease, we have years of experience confirming that heart attacks and strokes, as well as a closely related disease, Type 2 diabetes, can absolutely be PREVENTED.

✨ Redefine celebration this holiday season ✨

Food will always be a beautiful part of gathering — but it doesn’t have to be the only way we honor life’s moments. Try sprinkling in joy that isn’t centered around a plate: a cozy self-care ritual, a festive neighborhood walk, a yoga class, crafting with friends, writing appreciation notes, or giving back to your community.

This year, let’s celebrate with both delicious meals and meaningful moments. Your body and your spirit will thank you. 💛

Happy Thanksgiving from your Prevention Center team
