Eclipse Power Yoga is a welcoming, vibrant and empowering family owned yoga studio. Our teachers focus on adapting the practices and processes of yoga to individual needs and talents – placing emphasis on clear language and a strategic technique that makes this practice accessible to everyone regardless of experience or background. We simply ask students to “Come as you are.”

The foundation of Eclipse Power Yoga is rooted in our commitment to redefining yoga culture by removing exclusivity, judgment and stereotypes. Our studio is dedicated to the value of community. We support one another, strengthen one another and work to build each other up. We believe yoga is beneficial to all people, no matter age, gender or level of mobility. By connecting detoxifying breath, movement and meditation, we help students transform their bodies and minds.

Our Promise: To provide a safe and empowering space for people to find their light and be a leader in our community
