🌙 Teacher Spotlight: Chauntelle 🌙
Chauntelle came to yoga as an avid runner looking for strength and a way to ease her anxiety. What she found ended up being so much more than a workout. Yoga helped her feel calmer, more grounded, and more balanced — in a way movement alone never had before.
If you’ve taken Chauntelle’s class, you know she’s humorous, real, and incredibly approachable. She brings a sense of ease to the room while still helping people tap into their strength — on and off the mat.
Chauntelle is a graduate of our Empowered U Teacher & Leadership Development Training, and her love for yoga is deeply rooted in community and healing. When she’s not teaching, she’s usually running, snowboarding, or spending time with her family at Priest Lake. She loves Tree Pose (taking up space + feeling powerful), pumpkin spice coffee, her Goldendoodle Stella, and anything Kelly Clarkson 🎶
