Start your December right with a pre-holiday gift of self love and rest. Join Dacia for a special 90-minute Restorative Yoga class to relax the body from the inside out and find balance with a cool, soft practice of being (as opposed to doing).

Bring your mat, a supportive blanket (cotton or wool), and a pillow for this experience of ever-expanding consciousness.

We will build yoga nests and find complete comfort in our poses, activating the relaxation response. Practice will end in a 20-minute savasana with yoga Nidra.

Eclipse Power Yoga is a welcoming, vibrant and empowering family owned yoga studio. Our teachers focus on adapting the practices and processes of yoga to individual needs and talents – placing emphasis on clear language and a strategic technique that makes this practice accessible to everyone regardless of experience or background. The foundation of Eclipse Power Yoga is rooted in our commitment to redefining yoga culture by removing exclusivity, judgment and stereotypes. Our studio is dedicated to the value of community. We support one another, strengthen one another and work to build each other up. We believe yoga is beneficial to all people, no matter age, gender or level of mobility. By connecting detoxifying breath, movement and meditation, we help students transform their bodies and minds.
