Pay inequities impact Latinas’ access to reproductive healthcare. This prevents Latina women from accessing basic health needs such as birth control, prenatal care and yearly women check ups that can help detect early breast and cervical cancer. The time is now to close the wage gap and allow women to access reproductive healthcare.
