Did you know that Radon gas exposure is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States, behind smoking?

Did you know that Kootenai and Spokane County have the highest levels of radon in Idaho and Washington?

The only way to know if your home or property has high levels of radon is testing!

We offer two ways of testing:
The first option is through a charcoal test kit. We can mail them out with instructions on how to deploy the device and how to mail the device off to the lab via USPS.
The second option is Continuous Radon Monitoring (CRM) testing. We place a device in your home and let the device run for four days. We then would pick the device up and read it back at our office.

Charcoal test kits are $22.00 if we mail the device out to you and $18.00 if you pick the test kit up from our office.
CRM testing is $150.00 if your home is located in the City of Spokane/Spokane Valley area and $175.00 if your home is in the Spokane Metropolitan area/ CDA area including Post Falls, Rathdrum, and Hayden.
