This will be easier for me to verify that you're recommended without drama since I've taken off my address and phone number. Hello Everyone,
Luna Rae Follestad was born January 20th at 7:46pm! She's 6lbs 14 ounces and 19 and a half inches long. She really could not be more perfect and we could not be more in love if we tried! She's the perfect completion to our family. Everyone is home, healthy and happy, and we are very blessed!!

Hello Everyone,
Well it's official! As of right now I'm now on maternity leave! I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you SOOO much to all of you for the Christmas and baby presents! I have the absolute best clients! I feel so appreciated and I just want to say how much I appreciate all of you! You truly make my career feel like I don't work! I love providing your massages and assisting you in your therapy and relaxation! I wish you all the very very best! Merry Christmas and have a safe and happy New Year! I will see you in the spring!

Hello Everyone, I'm still going strong but my last day will be December 23rd so that I can enjoy Christmas vacation with my family and get ready for Baby Girl to arrive! I do still have availability in the evenings and daytime appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays until then but it's filling up! So if you need a massage, make your appointment quickly! As I've told many of my clients if something happens to you while I'm off, feel free to reach out, and I'll see what I can do. I'm also not offended if you'd like recommendations for a therapist in the meantime. My prospective return date is April 1st.

Volleyball is over for the moment so that means... More openings! Starting next week my evening hours will be the same Monday -Thursday 4:00, 5:15, and 6:30! I know a lot of you love the 4:00pm slot so now I will have more! I continue to have daytime appointments available on Thursdays starting at 10:00. Daytime has been very high in demand the last few weeks so if you need a daytime appointment book early!! As of right now everything is still going very well with the baby and myself so book your massage now!!

P.S. I am having some plumbing worked on the next few weeks so I might not always have a bathroom available. So please plan accordingly. I live very close to Kwik Trip so that helps 😂🤣

Hello Everyone!
For those of you that don't know already, I'm expecting a little girl in January! We couldn't be more excited! Obviously, there will be a couple changes but not much! As of right now everything is going great! So my perspective closing time will be December 1st - April 1st. I am due at the end of January but with Jack (my son) the belly was too big to do massages by 8 months. So depending on that and a healthy delivery, this is the plan! I will still be selling gift certificates around the holidays if you'd like them! Other GOOD NEWS! For those of you that need daytime appointments I now have Thursdays available for you! I will say that I have very consistent clients so if you want a daytime slot book early! As always thank you so much for being my clients! You are more appreciated than you know! Have a great day!

Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to announce some schedule CHANGES starting August 28th! I will be transitioning to ONLY EVENING massages. My schedule will be Monday-Thursday. Monday and Thursday schedule will be 4:00, 5:15, and 6:30.
My Tuesday and Wednesday schedule will be 5:30 and 6:45. 90 minute appointments will be given the 6:30 or 6:45 slot.
After October 9th Rylee will be done with volleyball so my Tuesday and Wednesday evenings will then match my Monday and Thursday schedule.
Jack is getting older and needs my attention. I am considering putting him in daycare a couple times a week for socialisation so if that happens I will open up daytime hours but that is not decided. If you're worried about getting in make sure you book ahead of time! With my current routine and client load I should still be able to get everyone in, in a timely manner. If you have any questions feel free to reach out!

Happy 4th of July!!!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day and gets to see fireworks at some point! Just a heads up, most of my clients already know but I am out of the office from today through July 11th! On vacation with my family. I'm sorry to those who have messaged me on Messenger lately. I'm having a lot of trouble with it not showing me my messages until days later and I'm not sure why. If I don't answer you, please feel free to text me on my cell (715) 416-2400. I'm usually very prompt if I'm not in a session. Once again, I hope you all have a happy and safe 4th!!
