Last Saturday, a few of our team members spent a gorgeous Saturday participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Shell Lake beach. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. With flu season just around the corner, Spooner Health will be hosting our annual flu shot clinics beginning later this month. Appointments are required. Most insurance policies cover flu shots. 🐾 Members of Spooner Health's Giving Team were excited to drop off donations to the Washburn County Area Humane Society after our recent Jeans Day fundraiser! 👖What's Jeans Day? On the first Friday of every month, team members can donate to a local, nonprofit organization and wear jeans to work for the day! Last month's donations went to purchase supplies for the humane society's residents who are looking for their FUR-ever home.

Spooner Health is excited to welcome two new physical therapists to our Rehabilitation Services team! Cassidy Kransberger (Doctor of Physical Therapy) and Nathan Stevens (Doctor of Physical Therapy), joined the team this summer.

Our physical therapy team now includes seven skilled providers, specializing in areas such as orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, neurological conditions, lymphedema, pelvic health, and much more.

⛳️ On Wednesday, July 30, over 100 golfers gathered at the Spooner Golf Club for the 17th Annual Spooner Health Golf Outing. Money raised from the event benefits the Volunteers of Spooner Health Scholarship Fund. The fund helps local students pursue a degree in a healthcare field. Thank you to the sponsors and volunteers who helped make the day a huge success!
