New classes are starting!

It has been too long! I am happy to announce that I have found a space for yoga! We have made a full circle and will be in the back room of Drizzle, the previous Vitamin Source, 231 Walnut Street, Spooner, WI 54801.

Tuesday was the last day of yoga. The space we were in has new renters. I decided to take a break for a minute. I am still available for group sessions and will be looking into online video options. The story is not finished! Stay tuned for any updates; they will be posted on my website. Thank you for all the support!! I would not be here without you!

This year has been filled with so many ups and downs. The month of August has been particularly intense for my family. I have been faced with a conflict with our school schedule and it seems there is really no other option from them.

What's up Mother Nature? No Yoga today. Shell Lake School District is closed. We got at least 6 inches of snow overnight. According to Duluth Weather, it is to continue until noon. Stay Safe!
