Tuesday was the last day of yoga. The space we were in has new renters. I decided to take a break for a minute. I am still available for group sessions and will be looking into online video options. This year has been filled with so many ups and downs. The month of August has been particularly intense for my family. I have been faced with a conflict with our school schedule and it seems there is really no other option from them.
