As many of you may know, we have partnered with NimbleRx to give a better avenue of refilling prescriptions, checking out and communicating with our staff. And with all new partnerships there are usually a few quirks that need to be worked out, the most common issue we are having is that when a text is sent out to a customer that says their prescription is ready, it actually means we have received it and are currently processing it. It may be up to an hour or two before it is actually filled and ready for pick up, especially on busy days. Unfortunately there is no way to reword the text at this time and we are currently in contact with Nimble on how to fix this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.
