Augma Biomaterials Augma Biomaterials Ltd. is a dynamic, innovative company, that developed the first dental bone graft cement for bone augmentation in maxillofacial surgery.

The activity of the company is based on two main aspects:
* Development of novel augmentative products that are based
on many years of personal experience and consider the challenges, which clinicians in the dental field face.

* Service and broad support for clinicians to ensure better, faster and readily achievable results for the dental surgeons. The idea of forming the company was born from the need of the developer, Dr.Yahav Amos, D.M.D, to find a bone graft substitute that could serve clinicians in a wider spectrum of indications, based on motivation to find the ultimate one.

Odontoma Mandibula, a new clinical case of tumor removal by Bone Cement Expert Dr. Damian Dudek. Pre-op CBCT images show the tumor fused with tooth #34 (21) and involvement of both cortical plates in this area. Treatment includes tumor removal, bone curettage and the extraction of teeth #34 (21) and #35 (20), leaving a large defect which is filled with 3cc of Augma Bond Apatite® and covered with Augma Shield™.

Six months follow-up evaluation demonstrates excellent regeneration of the bone defect. The newly formed bone is now suitable for implant placement.

A new clinical case by Jose Camelo Ferreira.

The patient presents with bleeding, inflammation, and a lack of keratinized tissue. She also had a mobile bridge caused by a large cyst and severe buccal bone deficiency. Treatment was done in three parts. First, tooth extraction and bone grafting using Augma Bond Apatite®. Second, immediate implant placement with Bond Apatite® six months post-op. Finally, grafting Bond Apatite® 4 months post-op upon implant uncover for enhancing soft tissue growth. Two-year post-op follow-up images show bone regeneration and healthy soft tissue healing.
