Here's a stat worth moving for: Regular physical activity can help prevent heart disease, type 2 diabetes, some cancers, and even depression. 🏃‍️ According to the CDC, adults need at least:
💪 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week (like brisk walking)
💪 2 days of muscle-strengthening activities per week

That's just 22 minutes a day! A walk during lunch, a bike ride after dinner, or a dance break at home counts!
