Entering week 4 of really paying attention to my diet. In the last 3 weeks I haven’t touched processed foods or added sugars, and I’ve only had a handful of drinks. Just clean eating: lots of lean protein, veggies, and consistency. With a few fun meals here and there.
If you asked me what my exact goal is, I couldn’t tell you… but I know I want to feel stronger, leaner, and more in control of my health.
So far I’m down from 220 lbs to 214 — most of that being water and bloat — and about 2% body fat. Most cravings have stopped which is always good. No more want of cheezits and wine 🙃
