It is a privilege to care for your children and we appreciate your trust. We love taking care of children and helping families grow healthy and strong. This enthusiasm shows in everything we do. If you call KidsChoice we answer the phone! There are no voice menus or mailboxes asking you to leave a message. Our staff is courteous and helpful. Same day appointments are no problem as we leave several openings in our daily schedule to accommodate sick patients. Our phone messages always receive a same day reply. When you arrive at KidsChoice you'll be greeted with a smile. Lisa and Christina have been at KidsChoice for several years and they are friendly, efficient and helpful. Lisa does all of our billing. It's never outsourced to a third party. This allows us to make sure your bills are accurate and submitted to insurance in a timely manner. It also means that if you have a question or problem with a bill- we can help you! At KidsChoice we don't cut corners on quality. Our clinical staff is highly trained with years of pediatric experience. Deborah our nurse manager and Ashley our MA are very experienced in pediatrics and great with your kids. They provide phone triage services, phone advice, take histories, ready patients for exams, obtain drug pre-authorizations, provide immunizations, and so much more. But most of all they have a lot of fun working with your kids! Dr Richman is smart, dedicated and caring. She's also a mom who understands the pressures and concerns of today's families. She has over 35 years of personal and professional experience in caring for children. From colds, coughs, potty training problems, breastfeeding advice, well child care and the occasional bead up the nose, she's practically seen it all. You can be confident that your child will receive excellent care at KidsChoice. We want your family to feel comfortable with both our staff and our office environment. Our office is bright and child friendly with whimsical and fun themed rooms. It's important to us that parents feel their opinions are valued, their questions answered and their concerns are addressed. Our practice wants you to be an active participant in your child's healthcare. Our greatest joy is helping families grow vibrant and strong.
