One way to show yourself kindness is scheduling time for things you enjoy. Below are free weekly opportunities to exercise your mind, body and soul offered by Texas Regional Para Sport.
Functional fitness at Morgan's Wonderland in San Antonio is every Monday and Thursday at 10am. We are working out in the Morgan's Wonderland Event Center (Gym) for the month of February but will return to Morgan’s Wonderland Sports for outdoor workouts in March. This class includes a group warm-up and cool-down with a variety of stations including total body strength training, cardio, agility, yoga, boxing, etc.
Yoga is virtual every Tuesday at 9am via Zoom so no matter where you are you can participate.

Hiking is every Tuesday. We meet at 10:45 and roll out at 11am from various locations in/around San Antonio. The distance and accessibility varies each week. Emails are sent every Friday with details so please let Jenn know if you want to be added to the weekly hiking email list🌻❤️
