🔥 The Motivation Myth

Motivation is great for getting started — but it’s unreliable for lasting change.

Action is what actually moves your Metabolic Reset forward.

Here’s the truth:

Motivation comes and goes. If you wait to feel motivated, progress slows.

The real cycle looks like this:

👉 Action → Results → Motivation

You don’t get motivated then act.
You act — and motivation follows.

✨ How to apply this today:

🔹 Plan it
Decide ahead of time when, where, and what you’ll do. Fewer decisions = more follow-through.

🔹 Do the minimum
On low-energy days, commit to the basics of the six macro habits. Consistency always beats intensity.

🔹 Log it
Seeing progress builds belief — and belief fuels momentum.

👉 For me, everything shifted when I stopped waiting to feel motivated and started taking action first. Momentum did the rest.
