Morning Mantra: "Strive for progress not perfection."

It's not about being perfect, it's about the effort you put in. When you bring that effort every single day, that's when transformation happens. Slow, focused progress towards your goal.

Can it be uncomfortable to take action? Sure it can, but in order to accomplish anything worthwhile, you must step outside your comfort zone. You must risk failure and being less than perfect.

Achieving a goal is about more than what you accomplish, it's about who you become along the way. The subtle changes in your confidence, your attitude and your strength.

Your progress won't always be graceful, but it's still a step in the right direction.
